I can't use Message Tracking Center

I uses Message Tracking Center on Exchange 2000 Server,Have Message shows

"An error occurred during a call to windows management Instrumentation
ID No : 80041002
Exchange System Manager "

Ps.before I Removed SQl and new install on Exchange server machine

Please help ME.
