I can't see the picture I have inserted.

Hello everyone,

Im using Quark 4.1 and would like to insert a photo. I have been doing it successfully all morning. But all of a sudden when I got a photo to place into the image box again, it came up blank.

The image is a JPG so I'm not to sure why the image is coming out white when inserted into the image box

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Were the other photos jpgs? Make sure the jpeg xtension is active. If so, then check the photo in image editing software used to make sure is viable image and preview.
