I can't save changes with asp files

Hi everybody ,
I'm trying to modify an application that was done by someone else. Probably is because I haven't a clue but I try to modify any file and when I refresh the internet explorer I don't see any change. I've restarted IIS, reopen the explorer, even restart the Server but It didn't work. I have change in Internet Explorer properties to "Check for newer versions of stored pages in every visit to the page", but still the same.

Sorry but I've got to ask because I've seen it all on these forums - are you sure you're modifying the right files?

It's one of this things that makes me think, what stupid i am..

They had the IIS pointing to 2 different folders with the same content..
