I cant pickup on a call

I have set a 8410D telephone set to see all the ques in the customer service group. I added this extension to the pickup group and hunt group that its suppose to be in. I cant seem to pickup on the calls. Any idea what else I can do to be able to pick up on these calls. I know that the call master requires the agent to be logged in. In the case of the 8410D its not logged in or anything so that is why I am assuming why it cant pick up on the calls. Any ideas or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
 
I know that we had problems when we moved all the 6408D+ phones over to a log in config as opposed to a standard desk phone. Call forward wouldnt work and Avaya stated that it was due to the fact that an acd turret cannot forward its calls due to the nature of acd call handling.
It may be something to do with that or even the kind of hunt group that is involved i.e. ead-mia as opposed to loa?

You cannot do a call pickup on an ACD call. An ACD call also will only ring on a primary call appearance and will not ring on a bridged appearance. You will have to program the ACD buttons on the 8410D if you want to recieve ACD calls. (i.e. login, logout, aux-work, auto-in)
