I cant install nVidia WDM video capture- CODE 10

Hi, I would like to capture video with my GeForce 4 Ti 4200, but when Im unable to install nVidia WDM drivers for nVidia WDM video capture (universal), it sais :device cannot start(code). Can somebdy tell me how to fix it? Thanks Feroman
