I cant get in to website.

Greetings,


My web site was built by a programmer in U.K. in MySQL. He has seem to drop off the face of the earth without giving me the user ID and password to get into the site. Now I do not know how to access the site or give it to another programmer to work with. Is thwere away to find the password and user ID?
