I cannot send email to servers in another site, same org

I have two sites in the same org. I have an ADC, installed Exchange 2003 and joined it to my main site. From System Manager I can see both sites and the servers in the sites. I can even resolve email addresses from the other site but mail isn't being delivered to that other site. I can send external email and email to the same my Exchange 2003 server is in.

Also I can receive email from both sites. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
