I cannot get Adobe to completely install

Last week my computer crashed. I installed a new hared drive...an 80 gig, but when I went to re-install my programs...Abode Premiere 6.5, Canopus DV REX M1...something is preventing the installation from completing.

I live in a small town...there is no one closeby to help mwe with problems. The three "computer technicians" in ouor community know nothing abouot Abode and so were not able to help me.

I have a small home-based videdo production service...mostly evcewnts...and have been in business only seven years.


I have never done this before so I hope I get a response.

Can you give a better description of what exactly is happening when you try to reinstall Premiere? ..."something is preventing the installation from completing" is a bit vague.
