I Can not add services to Outlook 2000

Check what mode you are running in
Tools -> Options -> Mail Services -> Reconfigure Mail Support
To have the Services option under tools, I think you have to be running in Corporate mode, otherwise its equivalent is named Accounts. ----------------------
