I am trying to install Fujitsu on a local machine but compiling on a network connection. I understand that is the only way the compiler will work, it cannot be installed on a server.

Hi,
If this is the case, perhaps you can make the server do the compile, by having an input directory for sources to compile and an output directory for the output. In that way you are probably able to have a work-around because the server acts like the local machine.
