I am trying to convert an Excel spread sheet into an Access Database. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you mean ...make an Access table from an Excel Worksheet?

Create a new blank database. Select File>Get External Data>Import. For file type, choose Excel. Then go through the wizard to complete the process. It'll create a table on your database.
