I am looking to access STDIN and STDOUT for HTML output

can anyone point me in the right direction for sample code which allows me to output to STDOUT from a CLIPPER.EXE compiled as a CGI, and also how to access STDIN to accept the input from a POST or GET form in an HTML.<br>
