I need some advice
Friday my laptop was logged into the webmail at attbi when I was nailed with the latest flavor of the Backdoor virus (either from the webmail site or a blank cdrw that I was formatting) and my laptop melted down. It was horrible. When I opened my desktop on Monday I logged into the webmail and saw 4 emails. I clicked on 1 of them to download and it disappeared. It then happened to all of them. Since then my volume of incoming mail is dwindling. I am now not getting any incoming mail (I am getting a bunch of angry phone calls instead) I have seen one of the emails that was addressed to me on a friends machine that never showed up. I can send out just fine. I have tried various email viewers and machines - I even went to another location and used their access. ATT is absolutely worthless.
Does anyone have any idea of what is going on?
