I am an Instructor - Should I use a VPN as a WebMeeting app?

I was looking for an opensource WebeX-like application so that I may conduct real time instruction. Should I use a VNP or is it not the tool of choice.

Scenario I:

a) Two or less students at a time

b) Both parties have fast internet connections

I will be instructing on how to use software.


Scenario II:

For instructing 10 or less seats or students what is the other choice for this?
