Hyphenation file problem

Office XP on Windows XP (English)

My wife opens this German document and gets the following message:

"Word cannot find the grammar file mshy3GE.dll or mshy32.dll for German (Germany)".

I have checked the language setting and it is set to German.

Can anyone please advise? Thank you in advance.

ps: It is my understanding that the German doc. was created in an older version of Word, but how can I get around this as my wife has just sent off her C.V. with a couple of mistakes. She isnt very happy, and for a German that could mean trouble

I would make sure you have the files noted in the error. You can probably download them from Microsoft web site if you don't. It doesn't appear to be a language setting issue.
