Hyperlinks not working w/ IE

I'm running the latest version of IE on XP Pro. I'm having a problems where the hyperlinks are not working at all. These are html, javascript, asp, etc for file types.
However, when I access the same pages w/ Netscape they work fine.
Also, if I use another machine running XP, 2000 or earlier and access the same via IE this works fine as well.
I cannot find the settings that would restrict accessing these hyperlinks.

Any suggestions?
