A user just received a new machine with Windows XP and when they click on any hyperlink in a GroupWise 6.5 message, the hyperlink doesn't work. It sounds like a windows issue, but not sure how to solve the problem.

Any suggestions on how to fix this.

i had this same problem, and once I set the default read view in tools/options/environment/views to HTML, the problem went away.

The user is set up to compose and view HTML, but hyperlinks do not work when you click on one in the message.

Are you sure that you have "GroupWise Internet Browser Mail Integration" installed? If you're not sure, check the "add/remove programs" on the suspect workstation. If it's not installed, you'll need to reinstall the client with that option enabled.

Also, check Tools > Options > Environment > Default Actions > Web Browser. I doubt that making any changes here would make a difference if you aren't getting the links to work at all.

I just reinstalled the client and enabled GW web browser mail integration. However, clicking on a hyperlink in a message still won't open up the website.

Baffling!
