Hyper link opens AOL instead of Explorer

You should be able to do it by using one of the 2 following options.
1) File Types.
Open My Computer
Click on Tools > Folder Options > File Types
Scroll Down to HTML Document (There should be 2 of them)
Click on the Change button and select Internet Explorer.
2) Default Browser
In Control Panel, double-click Internet Options.
On the Programs tab, click to select the Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser check box, and then click OK.
Open Internet Explorer, and then click Yes when you are prompted to make it the default browser.
