I have some difficulties to understand your need;
Why will you move the BC10 INL to syssubfs21? Couldn't you remove it?
you can use the FICPI command with FICPI:SPATH=/SYSN/USR1/.../BC10INL,PATH=/SYSN/USR2/..../BC10INL;
The you can remove the BC10 INL from USR1 when finished
But I will suggest you to copy the INL to your PC as if the disk crashed, you will loose everything.
