Hi:
My name is Arturo, Im from Mexico. I'm new about the Nortel PBX. I Know a little of Definity (AVAYA)and Panasonic Kx-td1232, Kx-TD500 and KX-TDA. I have a PBX option Meridian option 11c, but I don't know how configuration it.
My question is, How can I check the hunting group for the meridian mail with 8 ports.
Can samebody Help me about it. Where can I find tutorials or documents of the Meridian Option 11c.
For example:
What mean REQ, TYPE, TN, CUST, DN, CUST....
Thank you.

best way to find docs is google merl+nortel. those are the doc;s soft copy. very little general help here as to the meaning of the basic req.. request can ne answered a dozen different ways depending on the ld your in.. to get to your original post, mail is not set up as a hunt group. rather a basic acd group.. you will have either 8 2008's or sl1 sets built on card 10 in an opt 11.. after you login

should give you a list of those sets and their status

The Meridian Mail uses the ACD feature set instead of hunt. It is a software controlled queuing arrangement.
