I have 2 receptionist that are in a hunt group. When they receive a call for the service departement they transfer the call to a hunt group that has 3 extension in it. How do i setup an overflow to call back the huntgroup of my receptionist if nobodys answer ?

Thanks

Easy, put in the original group in the same overflow list.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

In the Huntgroup for the "Service Dept", put the Huntgroup for the "Receptionists" in the OverFlow box on the Right.
Set your "No Answer Time" for the duration you wish it to ring the Service Group. 5 Seconds = 1 ring cycle, ie 25 sec=5 rings. After that time it will ring the reception group.
Keep in mind though, that if the Recepionists do not answer, it will fall back to the service group and repeat the cycle.

Just add the receptionsts group ten times.
Then it will stay there ten times longer.

Or set the "transfer return time" (User > Telephony) from the extesnions you like to 30 seconds or so :)
