Hunt to Voicemail?

Hi all,
I am new at this so please bear with me.
I have an Audix switch that has a hunt group setup for two users.

What happens is it never hunts to the next phone, instead it goes directly to a voicemail box that was setup.

This started happening after we switched the phones from old hypbrids to the Lucent 6408D+.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong.

Any place I could start looking?

Are they agents in a call center? Or do you just want it to hunt to 2 phones? I would suggest a call-answer group, and have it ring simoultaneaously at both stations, then have your coverage path go to the H99 (Hunt Group 99)or whatever you've chosen for voicemail... Easy solution...
