Our 800# rings to a tie trunk group. The tie trunk group does not let me enter a night service destination.
We have a DNIS from the carrier that sends us 15000.
15000 is a hunt group (#1)that goes to voicemail auto attendant of 15000. I have given the hunt group a night service destination of 15100, and put a hunt-ns button on a phone. When I activate it, the call still rings to 15000 instead of 15100. This is working at our other locaitons.
Any ideas of what it might be?
