This one has us stumped. We can get most things working but...
We have a hunt list that calls 4 extensions for 10 seconds each then goes to voicemail. This is working fine.
However if one (or all) of the extensions has "Single Number Reach" (aka a Remote Destination) on it, then when that number is reached in the hunt list, things go wacky. Correctly, the local extension and remote device ring in tandem. However after the required number of seconds (10 in this case) the call doesn't roll over to the new line.
I've tried most things but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
I'm reasonably sure the SNR/remote destinations are setup on the extension(s) in question - if you call them direct, they do the usual 6 rings at the local phone and 4 rings on the remote phone and then cleanly roll to voicemail.
