Alright, new to phone systems, so who ever explains this, please use lamens terms and or spell out the commands for me please.

I went to move a station, 139, said it was assigned to a different object.

did some hunting and discovered it's part of a hunt-group, I looked at the hunt-group, and there's nothing assigned to it.

But, 139 is assigned to about 5 different stations. How do I move or reassign 139 to a new port?

You can either assign a new port (change station 139) or you can use the TTI feature to move the phone to a new desk. To use the TTI feature you need to get the Associate and Dis-Associate codes (disp feature) and the TTI Security Code (display system features). From the phone that you want to move go off-hook, dial the TTI dis-associate code, dial the security code, dial 139. You should get 3 beeps. At the new location dial the TTI associate code, the security code, and 139. You should get 3 beeps. Note: The 'to' station must be vacant before you can TTI in an extension.

You can change the pilot # of the hunt group to something other than 139 first, "change hunt x", you will be able to use a different #.

Then 139 will be availble to TTI in, or create a new station. You should probably investiage why 139 was setup as a hunt group.. mostl likey this is being used for something, you might want to find out what before changing it.
