Hunt groups & VPN Extensions

Hello everyone

I have a hunt group that has 2 VPN extensions as members. I have set the ring mode to collective.

My users at these extensions claim that they aren't receiving any calls. When I make test call, I can see the incoming call go to this hunt group, but no one pick up. Any ideas what could be the reason?

Although it's on the handset the VPN element is seperate from the telerphony function of the handset, as far as the handset ir concerned it is running locally to the system and so should ring normally, do normal calls ring correctly?

Yes. Prior to placing them in the hunt group all calls went through normally.

What does SSA and Monitor show while ringing the group, now they are in the group can they still be called individually?

I think I just found my own mistake. I had the "wrong" extensions that had the correct name associated with them. (Ghost extensions)
