MICS, what is the best way to setup a hunt group (1 user) and if that user is busy it rolls to another hunt group (many users)? So All operator calls go to 1 hunt group if that is busy rolls to another?

set up two HGs. Overflow from first one to the second. Remember though you can't have any outside lines appearing on the HG members.
