Hi all,

I hope someone can give me an answer.

I have huntgroup 1:Main. The setup is incoming calls will be ringing at operator, if no answer, ring to overflow group
Hunt group 2: overflow group. I have everyone in it and the overflow going to AA. I thought my logic is ok but the incoming calls ring the operator first and then the overflow group and then come back to operator...then go back to overflow up. It never go to AA...anyone have any ideas to get this right?

Thanks

Make sure the voicemail on is checked in Main hunt group and overflow timer is set For example 20 sec. Uncheck voicemail on in overflow hunt group. Turn off queueing in both hunt groups. In voicemail pro set up Main hunt group to route to AutoAttendant Via Module or shortcode.

Also put all your overflow destinations in the first group.

Don't know if it will follow the overflow settings of a group it has overflowed to.
