if a user answers a hunt group call and then puts them on hold, can that call be presented to the group again after the Hold Timeout? Currently after the Hold Timeout, it presents back to the user that put them on hold.
Not really. In most scenarios. the only thing that would happen if parked or held calls recalled to a different user would be confusion. Customers will get annoyed at being treated like a new caller.
