hunt group form is incomplete? 1

Hi, this may help to answer another question I posted earlier. My hunt group forms don't have (Redierect on no answer).
Does ACD have to be activated for this feature to be on the form? thanks, Deni

Hi,

Yes, you must have ACD enabled to use RONA.
