In a g3si v9 system with no basic vectoring and no bcms,
Whenever I try to change the ACD parameter from y to n in a hunt group and try to save it, it gives an error saying that object is in use, pls try later.
Also it doesn't allow me to remove the hunt group.
What is wrong with it ???
Any guess...........

Do a List Usage Hunt Group XX to see if you still have members or agents associated with this group. I think you have to remove the hunt group members and if you have EAS you have to take that skill off of all the agent codes before you can remove the hunt group.

It has been a while since I have had to delete a group, but this is how I remember it.

I have checked the usage of hunt group x by li usa hu x but it says "No data in the system to list "
Also the system is not EAS or donot have any agent ids.
Any more suggestion..........

If you have stations assigned to the hunt group and they are logged in the system will not let you make the change. Check the stations assigned and log them all out. If you try and remove the stations individually the system will allow you to remove any not logged into the group but will give the same error for any that are logged in. Also, if you do a 'st st x' on each station it will tell you in the bottom left if the station is logged into the hunt.

Make sure all agents are logged out if using skills based routing.

Now its done..
I have to busy out the extn present in the hunt group.
Thanks all...
