Huawei switch interoperatibility with CS1K using SIP

We are integrating a Huawei switch with CS1000E rls 5.5 using SIP/NRS. I managed to call Huwaei extension but when huawei extension call it wont get success i mean call not hitting extension and fast busy on huawei extension, Call from huawei hitting NRS but not routed to CS1K and i think it is a domain name problem(i checked this with a sniffer software) , Avaya guys successfuly integrate with both way calls by using SIP but we are stuck to get a call from Huawei only one way call from nortel to huawei switch.
I heard that there is a patch mplr26275 for signalling server for inbound SIP call for this issue but i couldnt found this patch, can any body help us out to get this patch??? i heard that it is a special patch only available for Nortel engineers not a public patch. I cant contact Nortel specially on this because it is a demo presentation at our lab.
IS there any document or reference guide or URl pointing interoperatibility between Huawei switch and nortel CS1K using SIP.

Hi, this patch is for COTs signalling server and i need that patch for CPPM SS.
