Hello,

I have a webpage through an external company that we need to access. For some reason they have decided that access is via https but not port 443.
Is there any way that I can edit the default port, or add https via a different port to 443 on ISA 2004? I found an article from MS that suggest using VB scripts, but I am pretty reluctant to start running scripts on my firewall, also I wouldn't have a clue what I was doing as VB is something I know nothing about.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks
.

what version of ISA?

can you find out the specific reason? is it application specific? is it a worry of tying port 443 for future use through ISA?

you should be able to just create a new protocol, and then create a new rule that uses that protocol

check this:

this is an unsupportable configuration i believe, so be aware :)
