HTTP request failed: 405 Method Not Allowed

Attempting to change my holdmusic.wav file again. When attempting to replace or delete the holdmusic.wav file in System SD > System > Primary, it comes up with an error (title of thread). I've read that I need to reformat the System SD card but I'm not sure what we have. We're on IP Office 500 V2. Is there a way to see what we have? U-law, A-law, or any of the others? Also, do I have to pull the SD card or can I reformat and recreate while it is still in the system?

Thanks for any help!
