http connection failed loading class from server

I'm having problems loading the remote scripting class (RSProxy.class) from my IIS Server.
When I run the url from my local machine there are no problems.
When I run the url from the server I get the msg that the RSProxy.class can't be loaded.
I checked the locations and their oke.
I have tried the sun client and virtual machine client.

It has something to do with the settings of my IIS server I think.

Anyone had such problems and solved them ??
