http 500 Internal server error

can not log on to an NS1000 MNT or LAN port keeps giving me an HTTP 500 internal server error.
has anybody come across this and is their a fix

Is it a fresh proramming?, system still new?.

Have you initialized it?

When connecting via MNT port,

http://kx-ns1000.

(Be sure to include the period (.)

Or use

http://223.0.0.1

223.0.0.1 is the default IP of the MNT port = Fixed

And when connecting via LAN, use

http://192.168.0.101/WebMC

192.168.0.101 is the default IP of the LAN port = Variable

Thanks for reply otoni54 . System in a year. Ihad to initialise system still could not log on so had to change flash card import all licences and reload last Dcsys. Client not happy to lose all um recordings.
