HTTP 403 ERROR - Sophos PureMessage and OWA

I have exchange server installed with Sophos PureMessage for microsoft exchange. Everyday at 5 puremessage sends an email to those users that it quarantined messages that were either spam or had viruses. This email contains a link that they click to take them to the quarantine digest for their mailbox so they can choose what emails they want and what emails they dont want. The problem is that now for some reason when a user is using Outlook Web Access and they click this link they are getting HTTP 403 FORBIDDEN The website declined to show this webpage. It is saying the most likely cause is this webpage requires you to login, but I checked the settings and Anonymous Access is still enabled. Even internally within the enterprise it still wont come up using Outlook Web Access. I know we redid the firewall, but that shouldnt prevent users inside to be having this error. I can manually go to the website, but if you click the link and it redirects to that page it gives you the error.

I don't know Sophos but maybe the default document has been removed for the site in question.....

If the default page to load up is index.html for example, then this page should most likely be set in the document properties.
