HTML to JPEG Converter 1

Er... How would that work? HTML is a language, and JPEG is a picture format. For example, how would this look:

Code: 
<html>
   <head>
      <title>Wibble</title>
   </head>
   <body>
      <p>Woo</p>
   </body>
</html>

?

Would you want an image containing the text of the HTML file or what?

I need to have an html page converted to JPEG. I have downloaded and tried out 2 programs that will do this for me, however, I wanted to buy the best software to accomplish this and was looking for recommendations.

Push printscreen while looking at the website. Works surprisingly well.

As you know this only captures part of the screen. I would rather not piece things together but need to have the entire page.
