In order to insert our company logo I want to use a HTML signature.

It works fine when word is not the editor, When word is the editor, I see the script but it is not executed.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Matt

It works differently if you use Word as your mail editor. You don't say what version of Outlook you're using but in OL2K do the following:

1. Turn on Word as your mail mail editor
2. Open a new email
3. Type the signature you want to use in the body of the message.
4. CTRL+A to select the signature
5. Tools ->Autosignature
6. Click Yes to the question. Make sure that the box to Add a blank line prior to the Autosignature is checked if you haven't added one yourself.

Note: I'm using OL2K and Word 97 and you can't use Word as your mail editor if you want to use HTML as your mail format. I think it changes for later versions of Outlook and Word though.

Also, if the recipient is stripping HTML tags on incoming email they won't see the signature.

Cheers.

You should not be using Word as email editor anyway, it creates huge messages and totally unneeded traffic.
You can do the same in Outlook, and it is so much quicker.

But, if you insist, create an autocorrect entry in Word, and put the sig in there.
