When I send html from Outlook 2003 to any user using Outlook 2003, they receive the email as plain text.
When I send html to myself using Outlook 2003, I receive it as html.
My send settings are compose in html.
The receive settings "Read All Standard Mail in Plain Text" is unchecked.
We are not sending digitally signed mail.
We have one user running Outlook 2003 with the same settings who sends html mail and its received by the other Outlook 2003 clients as html. Strange.
Are we missing a security setting somewhere? Our mail server is running Gordano's email suite.
Any hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
