I am unable to follow any HTML links in outlook. I always receive the same error message. "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer".Please contact your system administrator. I am the sole user/administrator of this computer.
All my Internet Explorer settings are enabled to allow ActiveX controls and scripts. Is there any way I can't activate the links in my e-mail communications?

I would first check if the inetcpl.cpl file is in your system folder (or system32 depending which OS you have). joegz

I had the same problem, but it solved it self when i installed and tried another browser (Opera) , so i belive it had something to do with the associtations of .html files.
