HTML in a message

Everytime a user of mine tries to send a webpage in her message. Her computer hangs.
She is using outlook 2003 on a win2k fresh install.

Any idea why a html e-mail will hang the computer??

Is she putting html in the body or sending an attachment?
If the former is the html message showing up okay before sending?

Yes the html page shows up in the new e-mail message and when she presses the send button it freezes.

Are all Office and Windows Services Packs Installed?

Are you using MS Exchange? There are settings there that could disable this. Let me know and I will tell you where to look.

If you are using Outlook without Exchange...I am assuming this user can receive html email. I looked through Outlook Options, but saw nothing that would prevent this.

Other than the above, I just do not know, maybe someone else can help more.
