HTML formatted Emails

Hi there im using Winxp home edition php and mysql in the normal way

I have a quick question to do with HTML formatted emails,

I am using the mail() function to email people.

However i want to be able to make the email sent a bit better hence using HTML tags etc.

IS there a way to do this??
