HTML email , images problem

Hi,

I am trying to send an HTML email to Lotus Notes, but the problem is the image didn't appear properly. Anyone know what the problem is?

I've never had much success with getting consistently good emails in HTML format to notes clients when the user is using a workstation client.

Some things that can cause problems are, How is the server set to handle HTML, screen resolutions between creator and end user. Notes perfers BMP images which HTMl doesn't handle.
