HTML application Security warning message??

Hi!

I have this .hta page which access the Access database using ADO objects.
Everytime I select a combo box which in turn runs a query statement, I get this warning message.

"This website uses a data provider that may be unsafe. It you trust this website, Click OK, otherwise click Cancel"

Anyone know, why I am getting this and a way to turn this off.

Another problem I am having is
When I open up the word, excel or pdf from .hta page, they come out all whacked..out of format...

please someone help me..
I googled it but didn't find anything on this .
