.HPG File Extension

Hello All--

I hope someone can direct to the right place for this, I am trying to open a .hpg file for user on his computer. I can't seem to find the program to open this. The users tend to work with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw, non of these seem to work.

Can someone please help :-(
