HPBOID.EXE and HPBPRO.EXE Killing My Server

I have about 30 intances each of HPBOID and HPBPRO running on my 2003 server. How can I keep these from running? I have scoured the internet and found some hints on HP forums but my problem persists.

Can someone please help me?
