HPBFFF2.dll causing BSOD

We have been having problems with the HPBFFF2.dll causing our NT4 Terminal Servers running Citrix XP to BSOD. I have checked out all the usual sites and have been pointed towards the HP 4050 printers. I have replaced the drivers with the current version which doesn't appear to use the dll. All was well for a couple of weeks but we have had another BSOD with the same code and dll. I am running out of ideas, apparently the problem also occurs with W2K servers. Do anyone have a similar problem, or resolution. Thanks in advance.
