HP zx6000 Only Seeing 1 of 2 CPUs

I have an HP zx6000 with 2 Itanium2 CPU's. After a crash and a reboot it now only sees one. Is there a way to check and activate the 2nd one agian?

Not that I know of, except for another reboot of course.

Did you check your logfiles?
The crash may have been caused by a defective CPU ...
