HP vectra with preloaded 2Kpro, logitech web cam, and built in netmeeting has a problem getting video. Have removed camera several times, from early, to mid, to late software with no resolution. When netmeeting comes up I get 4 choices of camera source, none of which is is the correct one , or none work as intended.
Since netmeeting is part of a mfg. loaded package it can't be removed (per MS FAQ site). Is there any solution other than a reload of 2K from scratch?

Tried to remove netmeeting. wouldn't go away. Copied it to another directory and tried to delete it. It would go away but next time i went to the directory it was back except subdirectory.
Copied the subdirectory back to original place and the camera problems had disappeared.
Wierd stuff. Enough so that I think I'll scratch 2K off my bag of tricks.
Intention was to delete it and reinstall. But couldn't get it to go with the HP recovery set and couldn't overlay it either. Ed Fair

I've used Logitech webcams on Win2K w/NetMeeting. No problem except for a VC which "isnt supported" but worked with an NT4 driver! QC Express worked out of the box.

HP Pavilion, Dell OptiPlex machines.
